Do I need to use Bnbly for management to join?
No. Bnbly Response is built for landlords and homeowners who manage their own properties. Anyone who owns a property can join.
What does "under 48 minutes" mean?
It's our average time from your call to an engineer arriving at a Priority member's property. Some jobs will be quicker and some slower, depending on location and demand.
Does the £79 include the work?
The monthly fee gets you priority attendance and the discounted hourly rate. Labour on each job is charged at that member rate, plus any parts, and it's all shown on the job report.
What do Free members pay?
Nothing to join. When you call us out, you pay our standard hourly rate and jobs are attended in queue order.
Can my tenants call you directly?
Yes. Give them the Response line number and we'll let you know as soon as a job is logged at your property.
How do I cancel Priority?
Let us know before your next billing date. There's no minimum term, and you keep Free membership afterwards.
